Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@themanemoment.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All refunds will require an 8% restocking fee.

Shipping fees on all returns are non refundable.

All custom orders are non refundable. 

Bulk orders are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE STILL EXPERIENCING DELAYS. ACCORDINGLY, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED & IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping - USPS or UPS Ground (2 to 5 Business Days once processed).

Expedited Shipping - FedEx One Rate (2 Business Days once processed). 

Overnight Shipping - FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day once processed). Orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday – Friday). To request same day shipping, please email info@themanemoment.com 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country.

Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
